Coaching
For individuals. Clients come to me for help with big decisions, achieving goals, and to overcome challenging situations.
who I work with
I work with non-profit, association, and fundraising leaders and aspiring leaders, fundraising consultants, entrepreneurs, and others looking to move into these roles.
Clients come to me when they want to pivot in some way – change jobs/careers, change performance, change mindset, or they feel stuck and aren’t sure what they want to do next. They come to me with a big decision or challenge, and what we typically find is that there is something else going on underneath. Once they work through this, they are able to move into action.
my coaching
I believe in co-creating a coaching relationship. I practice presence-based coaching – meaning I am with you, listening to everything you are saying and not saying, asking questions to help you clarify, and raising observations you may not have noticed. Because coaching is action based, we always end sessions with client driven next steps. I am an ICF professional certified coach, and I follow the ICF code of ethics. Coaching is an incredible process I feel lucky to be a part of both as a coach and recipient of coaching. Here are some of the coaching tools I work with:
Assessments –DISC (how you do what you do), Driving Forces (why you do what you do), and EQ (Emotional Intelligence)
Perspective/Mindset coaching
Values/Needs/Wants coaching
Somatic coaching
Outside reading/resources
Thank you so much for your kindness, wisdom, and empathy. You are a big part of my new initiative to slow down and stop chasing.
